Most memorable race: The Beveren-Leie kermis in Belgium.Off-the-bike hobbies: QT with my beautiful wife. Good music. Good food. New adventures.
Favorite way to consume Metromint: A cold Lemonmint after lunch.
What got me into cycling: Cycling got into me--I never had a say in the matter.
Top lifetime accomplishments: Putting myself through college & learning to spel.
Best team moment: They're all good! This team really knows how to enjoy it's sport.
Cycling accomplishments: Becoming a collegiate national champion with UC Davis, a swift upgrade to Cat 1 and a top 10 in Belgium.
Day job: Purchasing @ Wrench Science
Where I grew up: Mammoth Lakes, North Lake Tahoe, Sacramento.
What got me into racing: Moving to Davis for school and finding that my mountain bike was useless there.
Music that gets me going before a race: The honest answer is that it's never the same. It's always selected to fit my mood, the scene, etc.
Number of years with the team: After taking a year off to live and travel in Australia I'm back in the dot's for my second year.
Favorite ride: Ralston and Mosquito Ridge Roads in the sierras or Old Cazadero and Kings Ridge if I'm on the coast.
Words to live by: You can eat health food your whole life and still be run over by a Hostes truck.
